VNVC Vaccination System introduces VNVC SHOP retail outlets
Amid a crisis of trust in the dietary supplement, baby food, and dairy markets, following multiple cases of counterfeit and substandard brands being seized and fined by authorities, VNVC launched VNVC SHOP outlets, offering safe, reliable products from top global brands, including those from the US, Japan, and Switzerland. This timely launch helps address public anxiety and restore confidence.

The launch event of VNVC SHOP coincided with International Children’s Day (June 1), reaffirming VNVC Vaccination Center System’s relentless commitment to better serving customers, enhancing customer experience, and striving for comprehensive healthcare solutions for both children and adults – alongside its core mission of delivering safe, high-quality vaccinations at reasonable prices.
The first six VNVC SHOP outlets, opened in Northern, Central, and Southern Vietnam, garnered enthusiastic response from VNVC customers, likened to “rain after a drought”. Their debut precisely meets consumer demand amid rising risks of infectious disease outbreaks, surging vaccine demand for both children and adults; at the same time, trust in milk, baby food, and healthcare products is under crisis due to concerns over origin and quality.

Ms. Binh An (35, Ho Chi Minh City), one of the first customers to visit and shop at VNVC SHOP at VNVC Hoang Van Thu Vaccination Center, shared that previously after taking her child for vaccination, she would go to other stores to buy healthcare products. But with recent reports of many counterfeit, low-quality products, she honestly didn’t know where to shop safely.
“Today, having noticed VNVC SHOP’s grand opening when I brought my child for a scheduled vaccination; I was thrilled, and bought a few items right away. They offer a wide range of products for the whole family – from nutritional milk, porridge, food for babies; to health supplements for postpartum mothers; for grandparents’ sleep and bone-joint strength, even for my husband, our family’s breadwinner. This setup brings me peace of mind and satisfaction”, Ms. Binh An, excitedly shared.

Mr. Minh Tuan (40, Hanoi), who visited the VNVC Icon4 Cau Giay outlet on the opening day, happily shared: “Previously, VNVC-branded items such as pillows or bags were only available through special promotions. My kids loved them, but we rarely had the chance to get them. Now, with VNVC SHOP officially selling these items, it's much easier for me to buy them for my family”.
In Central Vietnam, VNVC SHOP also drew strong attention and appreciation from VNVC customers and local residents.
Ms. Hai Yen (34, Đa Nang) remarked: “Just as I was struggling to find reliable milk and health-care products for seniors and bone-joint support, VNVC SHOP launched – truly like rain after a drought.”

Initially, VNVC SHOP offers nutritional and healthcare products from the world’s leading brands such as Nestlé Health Science, featuring health nutritional products 100% manufactured and imported from Switzerland, with premium formula milk in original cans designed for all ages, from children to the elderly; Wakodo baby porridge from Asahi Group (Japan) – a brand with over 130 years of experience in producing safe, additive-free baby foods; and Ecogreen healthcare products from the USA – a leading brand in Vietnam’s foundational healthcare market for nearly 18 years, offering products to support joint health, physiology, brain function, vision, and more.
All products at VNVC SHOP are authentic imports, officially distributed by these reputable international brands and stored under VNVC’s stringent standards. At VNVC, customers receive comprehensive scientific guidance before, during, and after using the products. Notably, product origins and details can be traced through barcodes and QR codes, linked to digitized inventory records managed via VNVC’s advanced software.
Initially, VNVC SHOP will open with six outlets, then rapidly expand across all VNVC vaccination centers nationwide. Simultaneously, VNVC SHOP will continue expanding its product range from the world’s leading brands, with attractive promotional policies, applicable flexibly for both in-store and online purchases – aiming to bring maximum added value to families.
VNVC SHOP aims to address three key health and nutrition issues for children and adults: providing solutions for children aged 1–10 with high-quality, authentic formula milk from globally renowned brands; meeting the demand for safe, nutrient-rich baby food and porridge following the “Japanese weaning method” for infants from 7 months; and offering foundational healthcare products, daily essentials to support bone-joint health, brain function, vision, and overall well-being for adults and the elderly. These groups have high, specific nutritional and healthcare needs yet are vulnerable to misleading information and at risk of using counterfeit or low-quality products, potentially leading to health harm, serious complications, and financial loss.

Ms. Vu Thi Thu Ha, Supply Chain Director of VNVC Vaccination System, emphasized that finding nutritional and healthcare products for children, ourselves, and families is a critical need. However, amid the “wave” of counterfeit milk, baby food, and low-quality dietary supplements flooding the market, consumers are facing challenges in selecting genuine, safe, reliable products.

She also added that VNVC and its partners will soon organize coordinated community consultation sessions, providing valuable scientific health information, positioning VNVC as a hub for community support, offering nutrition knowledge and comprehensive health-care solutions for children and adults from reputable local and international experts. From that, VNVC aims to help families protect health, improve physical fitness, and enhance quality of life.
In particular, VNVC SHOP enhances convenience by allowing customers to combine their vaccination visit with confident shopping for essential, high-quality products either directly at VNVC centers or through VNVC’s online platforms and trusted e-commerce partners nationwide.
Previously, in September 2024, under witness from Vietnam’s Ministry of Health, the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam, JICA, and Vietnam National Institute of Nutrition, VNVC signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Asahi Group Foods (Japan).
This cooperation establishes a solid foundation for scientific research, community education on nutrition, and increased access to high-quality Japanese nutritional products, aiming to enhance stature and intelligence for Vietnamese children.
Mr. Katsuaki Ishii, CEO of Asahi Group, highlighted that the first 1,000 days of life are the golden period for a child’s development, requiring proper nutrition and disease prevention. He stated: “Asahi is committed to working with VNVC to create a comprehensive, sustainable development environment for Vietnamese children”.
In addition to products, Mr. Katsuaki Ishii noted that Asahi has and will continue cooperating with JICA and Nutrihome (the nutrition center within VNVC’s ecosystem) to hold nutrition advisory programs and workshops at VNVC vaccination centers, equipping parents with enhanced nutrition knowledge and practical skills, especially during the weaning period, in line with Vietnam’s realities.

Mr. Zubin Trikha, Head of Special Nutrition at Nestlé Health Science Vietnam, affirmed that the strategic partnership reflects a shared commitment to improving Vietnamese health.
“We believe that combining preventive healthcare and science-based nutrition will create a strong foundation for a robust immune system, especially for children and the elderly. Beyond age-specific nutritional products, we also plan to provide digital tools to help people assess their nutritional status and offer personalized meal plans and nutritional counseling. Together, we aim to “bring healthier lives to the people of Vietnam”, Mr. Zubin Trikha emphasized.
