After nearly a decade, VNVC has brought more than 20 new-generation vaccines and approximately 30 essential vaccines into Vietnam, contributing to safe immunization for tens of millions of families. As a leading and reputable vaccination system, VNVC prioritizes social responsibility by providing millions of free vaccine doses to children, people in remote areas, and disadvantaged elderly individuals, alongside support programs for the police, military, and frontline units.
VNVC: For a healthy and happy Vietnam
VNVC honors veterans and meritorious individuals
Upholding the tradition of gratitude toward those who have contributed to the nation, VNVC consistently cares for policy-beneficiary families and individuals who contributed to the Revolution. Each year, VNVC provides thousands of free influenza vaccine doses to veterans and wounded soldiers to prevent disease and protect long-term health. This nationwide program receives strong support from the community, local authorities, and social organizations.
VNVC cares for frontline forces
VNVC regularly implements healthcare programs for the armed forces, military, police, and specialized units to ensure physical fitness and readiness to carry out assigned duties under harsh working conditions, offshore, or in high-risk epidemiological areas. Additionally, VNVC provides medical equipment to units protecting maritime sovereignty, particularly on remote islands and at strategic locations.
VNVC frequently organizes free vaccination programs for international peacekeeping forces. These activities protect individual soldiers’ health, limit disease transmission during domestic and international missions, and underscore the vital role of preventive medicine in stability, security, and sustainable peace.
VNVC supports citizens during natural disasters
VNVC implements numerous support activities for people in disaster-stricken areas, ranging from financial aid, medicine, medical supplies, books, and generators to organizing free vaccinations while ensuring a cold chain system for vaccine safety even in emergencies. Following storms and floods, VNVC promptly provides free vaccinations and tetanus antitoxins to residents and rescue workers, while supporting other essential immunizations to prevent outbreaks and protect community health.
Beyond medical support, VNVC joins hands in building resettlement houses for victims after floods, helping families stabilize their housing and recover their lives. These new homes, built through community solidarity and support, bring hope and strength to residents as they overcome hardships and rebuild after natural disasters.
VNVC partners with cancer patients and children in highlands
VNVC maintains a sustained partnership with the “Bright Future” Cancer Patient Support Fund under the Ministry of Health, focusing on treatment costs for disadvantaged patients and raising public awareness about cancer prevention. A key focus is the promotion of HPV vaccination, a preventive measure recommended by the WHO and many nations to reduce the risk of HPV-related cancers, particularly cervical cancer.
Parallel to healthcare, VNVC expands its social responsibility into education and child welfare by partnering with the Fund for Poor Highland Students, the “Meals with Meat” program, and other practical activities. These programs aim to comprehensively improve learning conditions, nutrition, and healthcare for children in mountainous regions who face limited access to medical and educational services. Through this, VNVC addresses immediate needs while creating a foundation for sustainable community development in the future.

VNVC for the health of the future
VNVC has long accompanied Vietnamese families in caring for the health of children and pregnant women through immunization, counseling, and scientifically grounded medical education. VNVC regularly organizes periodic maternity counseling classes in coordination with Tam Anh General Hospital, providing knowledge on vaccination, nutrition, obstetrics, and neonatal care to help parents ensure a safe pregnancy and raise healthy children.
In parallel, VNVC collaborates with the Nutrihome Nutrition Center and reputable nutrition partners to organize specialized workshops like “Safe and Scientific Complementary Feeding,” guiding parents on proper menu planning, food preservation, and early detection of nutrient deficiencies or allergies, while practicing independent eating skills for children.
Hundreds of health talks, maternity counseling classes, and nutrition workshops held regularly have helped the public access scientific and official information regarding vaccines, vaccinations, and maternal and child healthcare.
VNVC’s journey of social responsibility is not a series of isolated events but a consistent strategy rooted in preventive medicine, science, and community partnership. With professional expertise, significant resources, and a sense of social duty, VNVC strives toward the goal of “a community protected through vaccination,” ensuring everyone has the opportunity to access safe and effective immunization, contributing to a healthy, safe, and sustainably developing Vietnam.
