VNVC recognized as Vietnam’s leading pharmaceutical company for consecutive years
Consistently ranked among the top 10 most reputable pharmaceutical companies for many consecutive years, VNVC Immunization System has solidified its position as a leader in Vietnam's vaccination sector, earning the trust of Vietnamese people.
Despite the ongoing economic challenges following the COVID-19 pandemic, VNVC Immunization System continues to experience breakthrough growth, consistently opening new, modern, and safe centers nationwide, serving millions of customers annually.
In 2024, VNVC introduced and implemented the first vaccinations in Vietnam for 4 crucial vaccines: the new generation meningococcal group B vaccine; the 23-valent pneumococcal vaccine, protecting against pneumonia, meningitis, and bacteremia; the dengue fever vaccine; and the shingles vaccine. The dengue fever vaccine, in particular, is expected to be a powerful “weapon” in combating the dengue fever epidemic, which causes hundreds of thousands of cases and dozens of deaths annually. By December 2024, VNVC had successfully introduced and implemented the first vaccinations in Vietnam for a total of 15 new vaccines.
Significantly, VNVC achieved a major milestone in 2024 by signing a collaboration agreement with Sanofi (France), a leading global pharmaceutical company, to move towards vaccine production in compliance with EU GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards at VNVC's factory. This collaboration marks the first time a Vietnamese private enterprise has entered into a strategic partnership for advanced technology transfer with a world-leading group like Sanofi to produce crucial vaccines locally in Vietnam.

VNVC's recognition as the top pharmaceutical distributor in the 2024 Top 10 ranking is a timely and accurate acknowledgment of the efforts made by its nearly 10,000 doctors, nurses, and medical personnel over the past 8 years.
To achieve these successes, from its establishment, VNVC has prioritized significant investment in its cold storage system, vaccine storage, and administration processes, to ensure optimal vaccine quality and customer safety, and in developing a professional team of doctors, nurses, and medical staff.

VNVC boasts a network of main cold storage facilities in the North, Central, and South regions, along with hundreds of vaccine cold storage warehouses and cold chains meeting international GSP standards at each center. This allows for the simultaneous storage of over 400 million doses of high-quality vaccines under consistent, stable temperatures of 2-8°C.
The cold storage facilities are fully equipped with buffer zones and designated areas for vaccine import, export, special storage, and monitoring. Each VNVC vaccine cold storage facility has at least 3 power sources to ensure independence from the national grid and absolute vaccine safety.
Vietnam's only nationwide immunization center network has made significant investments in a large-scale vaccine storage system, meeting global standards for all vaccine storage criteria to ensure quality and user safety.
VNVC continues to invest in technological advancements and big data management systems. Beyond its revolutionary lifetime vaccination reminder text messages, customer service hotline, and post-injection reaction support, VNVC, with technological experts from Google and leading US tech centers, is developing a robust big data system, optimizing its "Immunization Assistant" mobile app, and researching and developing cutting-edge technologies. This promises groundbreaking advancements in 2025 and beyond.

VNVC demonstrates its commitment to employee well-being through practical benefits and welfare programs, enhancing the quality of life for over 10,000 employees, ensuring fair compensation and benefits, and fostering a work environment that encourages dedication and contributions to the community, driving the organization's overall growth.
Marketing impactful marks with communications and marketing activities
VNVC maintains its leadership in multi-media communications through regularly scheduled health consultations for pregnant women and senior citizens, school health education programs, health seminars, and broadcasts on major television networks such as Vietnam Television (VTV), Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV), and Vinh Long Television (THVL). Weekly online interactions are also conducted on reputable social media platforms such as VTVgo, VTV24, VnExpress, and Thanh Nien Newspaper.

Significantly, VNVC continues to make substantial investments in multi-platform marketing and communications, organizing large-scale programs and competitions for millions of customers nationwide, including the "Fun and Healthy Summer" Check-in and Review contest, the "Vaccination - Untold Stories" writing competition, the "I Draw VNVC Vaccination Heroes" children's drawing contest, and the "VNVC Vaccination: My Story" campaign. VNVC continuously expands its website and nationwide network of hundreds of fanpages, broadening its multi-channel reach at the local level to engage with, and promptly address customer inquiries and post-vaccination feedback from all customers across the country.
VNVC: Journeying to share the community's burdens
Pioneering burden-sharing with the public through interest-free installment plans for vaccine packages - an unprecedented "vaccinate first, pay later" initiative - has become a reality at VNVC. Within just 1 year of launching, VNVC disbursed over 100 billion VND (~4.3 million USD), supporting millions of customers in receiving over 100,000 doses of high-quality vaccines for children and adults.
Donating and administering hundreds of thousands of vaccine doses to elderly individuals living alone, war veterans, families who have contributed to the revolution, and those in difficult circumstances.
Contributed 2 billion VND (~86,000 USD) to the Ministry of Health's "Bright Tomorrow" Cancer Patient Support Fund.
Supporting flood-hit communities, VNVC donated thousands of medicine packs and essential supplies such as raincoats, flashlights, power banks, rubber boots, disinfectant sprayers, books, clothing, backpacks, and school supplies to children and residents impacted by Typhoon Yagi in the provinces of Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, and Thai Nguyen.

We are committed to continuous learning and development, enhancing our knowledge and skills to propel the entire ecosystem forward and achieve new heights of success in a promising and prospective 2025.
In Vietnam, VNVC is the first organization to receive certification for its initiative to operate a GSP-compliant cold chain vaccine transportation and storage system, utilizing nearly 40 specialized refrigerated vehicles. All of VNVC's vaccine transport vehicles are equipped with an automated monitoring system, advanced and rigorous temperature control devices, and are connected to a vaccine tracking management software system with GPS tracking and integrated backup generators, enabling vaccines to be delivered nationwide, and minimizing vaccine shortages.
With a professional workforce across the country and a fleet of GSP-compliant refrigerated vehicles, VNVC has implemented thousands of mobile vaccination campaigns for workers, students, and residential communities - quickly and safely.

To enhance customer experience, VNVC is proactively pursuing digitalization and the application of information technology to manage and store customers' lifelong immunization records. For the first time in Vietnam, VNVC has developed the VNVC Mobile App, allowing customers to access their vaccination history, schedule vaccine appointments, and make payments anytime, anywhere.
In 2024, VNVC launched its VIP Vaccination service, offering a private, luxurious, and exclusive space separate from the standard vaccination area, enhancing service that caters to busy clients or those requiring expedited vaccination, ensuring privacy and eliminating wait times.

With the goal of promoting a "proactive healthy living" lifestyle, VNVC has, for many years, strived to communicate accurate and diverse information about vaccines and immunization to the public, thereby increasing vaccination rates to protect health and improve the quality of life for Vietnamese people. Simultaneously, VNVC has implemented numerous solutions to help customers access vaccines. VNVC was the first to launch a "vaccinate first, pay later" program, with VNVC covering all bank interest charges. As of July 2024, VNVC had disbursed 100 billion VND (~ 4.2 million USD), enabling nearly 7,000 children and adults to receive over 100,000 doses of high-quality vaccines, protecting their health amidst dangerous diseases.
In its 8 years of operation, VNVC has significantly contributed to transforming the landscape and quality of Vietnam's immunization services, offering the public a wider choice of safe, convenient, and high-quality vaccines - including vaccine quality, storage, vaccination procedures, and unprecedented customer care - at reasonable costs.
For these outstanding contributions and efforts, VNVC Immunization Center System was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister of Vietnam in recognition of its excellent contributions to disease prevention.
